September is 100% here and THIS is the time to get Q4 rolling. Many times in sales we look at the next four months and think we have 120 days to make things happen…

I have been doing this now for 15 year… the sales that close in November & December are strictly from seeds that are planted this month in September and possible the first week of OCTOBER.
November & December people are so spotty that anything new… they tend to brush it off till January of next year.
You want to harvest a garden in a few months… you have to plant seeds now and you have to plant as many seeds as you can.
We are going to be adding in a few more hours this month to make sure we are planting the right seeds and ENOUGH of them. The enough part is important.
The average sales conversion in the US is 20% or 1:20… let me break down this math for you.
For every 20 people you connect with, this math dictates that one of them will become a lead…
and the math further says that 1 in 5 people turn into pure revenue. If this is true…
Then how many seeds do you need to close out the year revenue wise how you want.
20:1 — Prospect
1:5 — Revenue
To close five leads ….. how many people do you need to connect with?
Figuring out the number you need is the difference between reaching your goal this year… and not reaching it.
